All orders US & International orders ship via UPS.
All items are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we print that item just for you, one at a time for the best quality!
We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
The majority of orders are produced and shipped within 2-5 business days.
Standard Shipping: 3-6 business days (usually faster)
Express Shipping: 1-3 business days.
Canada, EU, Australia, New Zealand, UK, and Mexico:
Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days.
Rest of the World:
Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days.
We do understand your worry when shopping online. We always keep track of every order and give customers full information by sending update emails regularly. If you don’t receive your order after 40 days (which will likely never happen), you will get a 100% refund of your money without additional questions.
ymDecor.com ships internationally! Shipping prices may vary based on size and location. You will be able to see the applicable shipping charge reflected in your shopping cart, after you enter the shipping address, at checkout.
If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can still change the address for you. Changing order information will delay the shipment.
